From the Laughing Hysterically Files...

I decided to venture into enemy territory--visited the Harris County GOP website. Not many surprises, except one that is worth some laughter. Two former District 143 special election candidates have filed in the GOP primary for a shot at taking on State Rep. Ana Hernandez.

The first one is Charles George--the white guy that ran on a socialist agenda. The other is perennial candidate, Dorothy Olmos. Was there a Party-Switching event held that we didn't hear about?

I also found Roy Morales running for one of the County School Board posts. He's unopposed in November. DAMN!

It looks like Congressman Gene Green will have a GOP opponent in November, as will State Senator Whitmire.

Joe Crabb in District 127 will face Joe Stunja in the Repug primary.

But I must say that the HD143 "battle" gave me the chuckles.
