A Few Congrats...

First, to Barbara Radnofsky for her victory over the perennial candidate whose name has been known in Texas politics for quite a while, Gene Kelly.

Congrats to Borris Miles. After reading his reasoning over the difference between giving money to Republicans and receiving money from Republicans, I didn't know how well it would go. Some are saying Al Edwards' voting base stayed home. I like to think that some of my pals in the blogosphere that helped Borris out had a little bit to do with the victory. Here's looking forward to a great 2007!

I hope Ted Ankrum will take McCaul to the carpet, rub his face in it, and kick him around a bit. McCaul will surely make the CD-10 election about immigrants, much in the form of that guy trying to take out Chet Edwards in Waco. Of course, Chet Edwards voted for HR 4437. Let's just say DC will keep an eye on this race.

Richard Raymond gets to return to the State House in HD42. He defeated Mercurio Martinez.

Good Stuff!
