The news is still fresh, and already CD02 Democratic candidate Gary Binderim has issued a quick response to Tom DeLay's resignation soon after the convictions of Casino Jack and a DeLay aide:
"Who's going to tell Ted Poe how to vote now? Ted Poe voted with Tom DeLay 92% of the time, and even voted to protect DeLay from House Ethics Rules. Ted Poe is a part of DeLay's "culture of corruption" and we need corruption-free representation in District 2."
